Thought Something that Wasn't True

One day, I thought this man was riding his motorcycle for fun. What he was ACTUALLY doingn was being chased by th police. He was riding through the park but was stopped by a fence. Teh police caught up to him and he tried to resist arrest. He got caught and put in the police van. I watched as the van pulled away.

Mandela Quote

A lot of times in school, people always talk about how smart I am. They judge me by my GPA and how much I turn it. What people fail to notices how I have missed certain assignments and come back to raise my grade. For example, I have always done my work in gym but no one had noticed I had a B. In my house it is very rare to have a B so you can understand the pressure. I decided to work really hard and put more and more effort to raise my grade to an A. By the end of the semester, I had gone from a B to an A. I was happy and had wished others would've seen how I progressed. No one had really noticed other than the teacher and my family. That's exactly what this quote means. People should begin to look at how people have fallen and risen up.
This quote shows that all can do it. Don't forget to remember they're successes from failures, too.
